Central Contact Database

The solution stores the shared contacts in a central database, either in a public folder on Exchange, or in its own or shared relation database. Security and permissions prevents accidental corruption of the centrally stored information, and blocks unauthorized users.

Work offline

Since each user's contact information is stored in Outlook, the solution works perfectly, even when you are working offline. The built-in offline functionality in Outlook keeps you working with your contact information in the field. When you reconnect to the network, all changes will be synchronized.
