Email Agent

The Email Agent is a self-contained AI component built to take the friction out of inbox management. Rather than manually sorting, reading, and replying to every message, you configure rules — and the agent handles the rest.

How It Works

At its core, the Email Agent connects to any standard email account through IMAP and SMTP. There are no provider lock-ins; whether you use Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or a custom mail server, the agent plugs in directly using credentials you already have.

Once connected, incoming mail flows through a rule engine paired with AI classification. Messages are categorized by intent, topic, and urgency. From there, if/then routing determines what happens next — auto-reply, draft for review, assign to a teammate, or escalate based on sentiment and priority signals.
